OSB Community Bank, Ottawa, Illinois, in accordance with the requirements of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), enacted by Congress in 1977, has a long-standing commitment to meet the credit needs of its local communities, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods. As a financial institution, it is our responsibility to meet the guidelines of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), but our commitment extends beyond legislative requirements and is central to our efforts to help families, businesses and our communities grow and prosper.
In accordance with the CRA, OSB Community Bank and all financial institutions are required to maintain and, upon request, make available for public inspection a complete CRA Public File. OSB Community Bank is pleased to provide CRA Public File information online for your convenience. OSB Community Bank is able to provide hard copies of these documents upon request; subject to a reasonable fee assessed to cover copying and mailing expenses.
