Immediate Supervisor: Loan Operations and Servicing Manager
Employment Status: Part Time – Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 an hour based on experience.
Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
- Accurately input and maintain financial data and loan documentation in the bank’s systems.
- Assist in performing detailed financial analysis of commercial loan applications, including reviewing financial statements, cash flow, and credit history.
- Compile and present comprehensive credit reports to Credit Analysts and Loan Officers.
- Monitor existing commercial loan portfolios, identifying risks and changes in credit quality.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and clients to gather necessary information and provide high-quality customer service throughout the lending process.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting; Microsoft Word for preparing documentation; and Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions affecting credit risk.
- Support special projects aimed at improving credit analysis processes and tools.
- Assist in the review of ACH and RDC applications and annual performance
- Assist loan officers in managing maturing loans
- Assist in the preparation of periodic reviews of existing loans to assess credit quality and covenant compliance
- Obtain and review periodic reporting provided by customers to ensure borrowing base availability as well as to monitor performance
- Assist loan officers to ensure customers are being serviced as needed
- Actively participate in research, preparation, and execution of customer calls
- Provide loan officers and senior management with a weekly overview of the Commercial Loan operations
- Assist with the preparation of Annual Reviews on existing customers, to include but not limited to: detailed analysis of financial statements, collateral analysis, and debt service and covenant compliance; review of credit risk rating; borrower and guarantor analysis; assessment of lending risks, clearly identifying offsetting mitigates and summarizing recommendations
- Appropriately protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the bank’s systems and information and client’s information
- Manage commitments, uphold organizational values, mission and vision statements with a high level of professionalism and accepts responsibility for own actions
- Comply with and maintains current knowledge of all department, company and state or federal policies, procedures and regulations and complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Various other duties assigned as they relate to the Bank’s objectives and related functions and responsibilities of the position.

- Ability to work various hours; some evening and weekend hours may be required
